CCC (sea sea sea, see see see, si si si, sea see si) will give a brief lecture regarding surveillance and facial recognition software. The collective will discuss current research, experiments and concerns regarding the abilities and increasing prevalence of facial recognition programs. Following the lecture CCC will lead a workshop and instructional tutorial on facial detection avoidance. This tutorial will look at common recognition software found on your phone or computer and experiment with ways to camouflage your identity using a skillful combination beauty products and face paint. The post-human look is soon to be very fashionable, and possibly necessary.
