Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre will host a special reception at 5PM on Friday May 1 to welcome our two most recent Honorary Lifetime Members: Rebecca Burke and John Murchie. The Honorary Lifetime Members are nominated and voted in at the Annual General Meeting each year. All are welcome to join us as we thank Rebecca and John for all that they have done, and still do, for Struts & Faucet.
And, stick around because the Super 8 Hotel Film Festival screening starts at 6:30pm! Presented annually, this festival unfolds over several months where established filmmakers and first-timers alike make their own Super 8 films. They learn about the cameras, develop a concept, shoot their films, process them, and screen the finished products at this public and much-anticipated screening.
